Apply now Job Summary This position is for an individual with a PhD in biomedical engineering or a related field, who will collaborate on research at the Drexel Implant Research Core, with a focus on orthopaedic devices and point-of-care additive manufacturing. The successful candidate will assist on grant-funded projects with investigators in the IRC and external collaborators, spearhead grant writing efforts, and will create their own independent line of research. The work will involve developing methods for the additive manufacturing of implantable medical devices, manufacturing at the point of care, orthopaedic implant analysis, and characterization of materials relevant to orthopaedic applications.
