What this role is all about:

We are looking for a Starter Operator in Weyauwega, WI.

The Starter Operator is responsible for providing relief coverage for the Cheddar, Feta and Whey departments and assisting supervisors as needed.

• 4:00am - 4:00pm - 2-2-3 Schedule
• Double Time on Sundays and holidays
• $1.50 shift differential

• Safely and effectively operate HCV, DMC and Salt Belt; including startup, shutdown, CIP and readings.
• Safely and effectively operate HTST, Fines Savers, cold milk separator, and Milk Clarifiers; including startup, shutdown, CIP and readings.
• Safely and effectively operate 640 Room equipment (Fill, Box, Floaters, Rail & Seal); including startup and daily tasks.
• Safely and effectively operate Starter Room equipment; including start-up, shutdown, blending, HTST, CIP, readings.
• Safely and effectively work with CIP Tanks, Blend tanks, WPC tanks performing chemical checks and line circuits as required.
• Complete Master Sanitation Tasks as required.
• Safely and effectively operate a Lift Truck.

Where you'll be working:

Our Weyauwega, WI, plant is home to approximately 225 employees. This facility produces award-winning feta and aged cheddar cheese, as well as lactose and reduced lactose whey.

• Agropur's US operations produce approximately 1 billion pounds of quality, award winning cheese each year. The US operations produce more than 20 different cheese varieties along with whey protein and dry ingredients.
