Job Title: Environmental Project Manager (Engineer, Geologist, Chemist or Scientist)
Location: Lewisville, TX
Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid

Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000/annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager to join our team in Lewisville, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing environmental projects with a focus on site characterization and remediation of soil and groundwater.

Responsibilities:

As the Environmental Project Manager, you will act as a technical resource and leader for our environmental projects, overseeing all aspects of project management, design, and execution.

Your responsibilities will include:



  • Managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet client expectations, timelines, and budgets.
  • Conducting project analysis, design, and technical assessments.
  • Preparing detailed technical reports, proposals, and bid documents.
  • Interacting with clients to understand their needs and providing expert guidance.
  • Overseeing construction activities associated with environmental remediation projects.
  • Leading business development initiatives to expand our client base and grow our project portfolio.
  • Supervising, mentoring and guiding junior and mid-level staff to support their professional growth and career development.

What You Will Need:



  • B.S. degree in geology, environmental science, engineering or a related field (M.S. preferred).
  • 15 or more years of experience in environmental project work and project management.
  • Current Professional Geologist (P.G.), Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or PMP
  • Experience with DOD projects and/or large federal projects
  • Proven track record in project management, technical writing, and proposal development.
  • Experience managing fixed price performance-based environmental projects with a construction component is a plus.
  • Exceptional client management and business development skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to coordinate with federal, state, and local agencies on regulatory requirements.
  • Must be able to adhere to schedules, scopes, budgets, and EA's project management and quality standards.
