Supervisor FacilitiesMmaintenance is response for oversite, management and scheduling all maintenance duties related to TRUMPF Facilities both onsite and offsite facilities. Supervisor Facilities Maintenance Duties and Responsibilities Supervise all staff in Maintenance in accordance to TRUMPF's policies and principles. Process all maintenance requests Prioritize and assign jobs to maintenance employees Answer maintenance questions and help Maintenance employees with problems. Perform complicated maintenance jobs; complete regular maintenance jobs as needed. Order repair and spare parts; keep inventory on spare parts. Schedule preventative maintenance. Schedule service contractors for warranty work or outside vendor work. Maintain computer data including information on repair dates, repair procedures, parts used, etc. Responsible for MaintainX and SAP Maintenance Module administration and maintenance Resolve work problems or assist workers in solving work problems Responsible for on-call and onsite emergency response coordinator. Experience Minimum 3 - 4 years maintenance experience. Must be knowledgeable in all areas of maintenance: mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic. Must be able to read schematics. Previous supervisor experience required. Education High School graduate. Completion of technical degree program required. Certification /license in electrical, HVAC strongly preferred.
