Title:Senior People and Culture Plant Specialist
Reports To: SR. People and Culture Manager
Location: SCUPP, Carrollton, GA

Summary

The Senior P&C Specialist will provide unrelenting customer service to Utility Plant employees, perform full range of P&C functions including support of strategic initiatives as well as the administration of policies, procedures, programs. He or she will maximize value of employee communication and employee recognition/appreciation along with ensuring a positive work environment. The candidate must be willing to take on additional responsibilities in areas outside of traditional P&C functions.

Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
* Prepare, maintain, and update employee data in the People and Culture information systems (Success Factors, ADP, Benefit Focus etc.) utilizing advanced computer skills including data entry, analysis, and auditing skills.
* Develop creative ideas to drive employee engagement during quarterly appreciation events.
* Perform routine and analytical tasks required to administer and execute P&C programs and including but not limited to position and compensation changes, benefits, and leave; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management, recognition, and morale (training and development).
* Support P&C strategic initiatives for Utility Plant. Utilize Kaizen Optimizer for tracking of critical metrics and providing recommendations of specific actions based on those metrics.
* Support Peakon survey administration and initiatives.
* Partner with Teams Champion team to drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
* Lead Unemployment initiatives through ADP Case Builder.
* Onboarding and offboarding system management.
* Provide support to employees on various P&C-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise.
* Process and analyze monthly reports of employee data for leadership.
* Promote HR programs to create an efficient and inclusive workplace.
* Drive Engagement for open enrollment, engagement and ethics surveys.
* Drive employee experience that brings meaning, satisfaction, and knowledge to Utility Plant employees.
* Act as a key resource for projects and support to P&C and plant leadership.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience working in HR with demonstrated success in driving P&C processes including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, communication, engagement, etc. of employees.
* Bachelor's degree in related field required.
* Experience with HRIS and Payroll software a plus.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented nature; desire to build relationships with others.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills including experience leading teams and public speaking or training.
* Skilled at using MS Office, in particular Microsoft Excel.
* Ability to organize work and set priorities to accomplish individual and team goals; may include occasional, non-traditional hours/shifts.
