This position is responsible for increased sales and profit of Krylon Industrial Aerosols and Paints, Sprayon products and other National Branded products to existing distributor customers in the Industrial M.R.O, Construction, Safety and Specialty distribution markets as well as providing new opportunities within a defined territory. The Sales Representative position will also have responsibility for developing End User awareness to drive sales and calling on all account locations throughout a defined region. The Sales Representative will work with the Strategic Account Team to implement Buying Group programs to promote End User awareness to grow Tier 2 and 3 Strategic Accounts. The Sales Representative position will also have responsibility for developing End User awareness to drive sales and calling on all account locations throughout a defined region. The Sales Representative will work with the Strategic Account Team to implement Buying Group programs to promote End User awareness to grow Tier 2 and 3 Strategic Accounts. This person will also work the Regional Sales Manager, Marketing Team, Technical, and Product Planning to effectively develop and implement an Annual Growth Plan that will demonstrate a clear path for current and long term of growth of our Industrial product lines Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.
