Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and implement necessary changes to keep projects on track.
  • Risk Management: Manage project risks, performance, adoption, and success metrics for all IT initiatives.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the portfolio of IT projects across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Roadmap Creation: Create and maintain project roadmaps for all Business Units, driving clarity and direction.
  • Quarterly Reviews: Conduct quarterly portfolio reviews for all Business Units to assess progress and refine priorities.
  • Governance Process: Establish and adhere to Newport Healthcare's project governance process for all IT projects.
  • Status Updates: Provide timely and accurate status updates to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and communication.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Act as the go-to expert for IT project status and provide oversight for Associate Project Managers and Project Managers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, OR
  • Associate's Degree with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, OR
  • 6 years of relevant experience.
