To view all opportunities to join our team and to learn more about who we are, visit our website at systemscontrol.com. #LI-AO1 A Day In The Life Coordinate cycle counts maintaining an accurate inventory throughout the year Investigate cycle count inventory variances Report both low-stock and surplus inventory on a routine basis Complete material transactions as needed Check and adjust material transaction processes in Production to ensure standard work in followed Collaborate with all warehouse employees establishing shared metrics to drive improvement Support annual physical inventory with accounting department Supports Inventory Specialist and Inventory Control Manager as needed What will help you thrive in this role? High school diploma with 2+ years' experience Two years' experience with inventory, manufacturing and/or accounting Effective and clear communication skills, verbal and written; strong listening skills Strong analytical skills and proven problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize work and collaborate with other departments Must be detail orientated and have strong organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Syteline and Workbench Knowledge of lean principles; Lean thinker who looks for process improvement opportunities Hubbell Incorporated Hubbell creates critical infrastructure solutions that power our customers, communities, people and the planet.
