Who we are looking for: We are currently searching for a Regional Lean Manager for our Electrical Business Unit. Reporting to the Director of Continuous Improvement, this person will be responsible for planning, establishing, implementing, and maintaining continuous improvement programs. Focused on the northeastern Atkore Plant locations, they include, but may not be limited to, supporting Pendleton, OR and Eugene, OR. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and a 5 to 7 years of similar work experience in a manufacturing operation. Experience in lean manufacturing or business system-based company is required. What you'll do:

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $120,800 - $166,100. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives. Benefits available include:
