Do you have a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and strategies
with experience in graphic design software? Staffmark Riverside is seeking new talent in Laguna Niguel, CA, to fill a new role as a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist. The candidate selected will develop and execute comprehensive content and digital marketing strategies that align with our client's goals while focusing on driving traffic, engagement, and conversions across multiple online platforms.

Salary: $142,000 per year

Essential Functions:



  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, email campaigns, etc.).
  • Create and manage content across various channels, including blog posts, infographics, social media, and email marketing (Plan and optimize paid campaigns to increase reach and effectiveness).
  • Lead the new website launch, collaborating with vendors to manage layout, content development, design, and functionality. Conduct keyword research, and SEO audits, and implement SEO tactics to enhance content visibility and rankings.
  • Partner with the Senior Marketing Specialist to plan and execute marketing campaigns promoting products and services. Perform audience segmentation and analyze campaign performance for optimization.
  • Deliver monthly performance reports and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage external vendors (content providers, designers, agencies) to ensure project goals are met within budget.
  • Maintain and oversee the content calendar to ensure the timely delivery of content across all channels while coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, consulting, or agency roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and strategies, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads Manager, SEO tools, and email marketing software.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong ability to interpret marketing data, make informed decisions, and optimize strategies for better performance.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior management.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, with experience in graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator).
  • Proven organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
