Job Title:Production Operator

Work Location:Menasha, WI

Hours:1st Shift - 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

ESSENTIAL JOBFUNCTIONS:

• Review batch tickets - Read, understand, andfollow.
• Provide samples tolab.
• Pack product into designated containers; labelingcontainers.
• Report near miss incidents and improvementopportunities.
• Equipment cleaning, plant cleaning, wastedisposal.
• Forkliftoperation.
• SAP inventory look-up and SAPduties.
• Tubwasher.
• Gather and weigh ingredients. (Scaleoperation)
• Participate on plantteams.
• Stock rotation / Minimization of partialcontainers.
• Ingredienttraceability.
• Operate and trouble shoot mixingequipment.
• Combine ingredients in designatedsequence.
• Trainingothers.
• SAP CORK duties and SAP Cycle countduties.
• Preliminary qualitychecks.
• Operation of equipment with an insertingsystem.
• Wear appropriate PPE at all times & maintain a clean work area and worksafely.
• Participate actively in all plant safety initiatives, programs and trainingsession.
• ISO-Follow all standard operating procedures with respect to performance of position duties & stays updated on all applicable procedures.

• High School Diploma/GED or the ability to pass a pre-employment screening assessment required
• Must be computerefficient.
• Must possess basic mathskills.
• Candidates must have demonstrated experience with and knowledge ofsafety.
• Candidates must possess sound verbal and written communicationskills.
• Must be able to work 40 hrs. andovertime.
