Job Summary

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Mentor and grow a high performing team of product managers that is known for having the deepest understanding of the market and for delivering high quality products.
  • Craft the long term vision and translate it into clear actionable next steps and OKRs for the teams to execute against.
  • Consistently deliver high-quality new products and features while improving the reliability of what already exists. Consistently test, measure, and communicate the performance of new and existing features.
  • Communicate clearly and crisply with executive leadership & operational stakeholders to drive alignment and influence cross-team directions.
  • Engage and cultivate relationships with stakeholders building a direct channel for product feedback and collaboration on problem solving.
  • Seek out customer data to help define your team's vision and roadmap and to share insights and results throughout the company.
  • Leverage your deep understanding of the correlation between in-product experiences and business drivers to make product decisions.
  • Be the unified voice of the product domain to the rest of the organization.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Solid background in managing and growing a product team.
  • Proven experience in shipping great products from strategic road mapping to launch in rapidly growing organizations.
  • Track record of using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and inform decisions.
  • Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written.
