Role: Develops and delivers Customer Success enablement programs (i.e. onboarding, OCM, product knowledge) for all customer success roles defined by the CS Enablement Director. Owns the competency database strategy, inclusive of driving competency refreshes, working with the leadership team to evaluate competency gaps, and build and execute functional skills enablement plans based on business requirements and enablement strategy as defined by CS Enablement Director.
