"I can succeed as an HR Strategy & Business Operations Manager at Capital Group." As a Manager within our HR Strategy & Business Operations, and HR4HR team, you will collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR-wide practices (across the org / HR function) that align with the CG's Long-term Strategic Plan and the HR 2031 Strategy. Your role will involve providing interim HRBP support to various lines of business, offering expert guidance and strategic solutions on talent acquisition, associate development, performance management, associate relations, and organizational design. You will leverage data analytics to identify and address critical workforce needs, fostering a positive associate experience and driving organizational success. Additional responsibilities may include independently managing varying critical, short-term HR projects, defining clear project requirements, and ensuring the successful execution of assigned projects to deliver strong business outcomes. To excel in this role, you are a strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguity and proactively implements innovative solutions to capitalize on opportunities. You possess exceptional communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with a variety of HR audiences, key stakeholders, and senior business leaders. You leverage data to generate actionable insights and recommendations. You have a proven track record of successfully juggling multiple priorities while delivering strong results. As a team-oriented professional, you make decisions that benefit the broader HR function and the organization as a whole. This is an individual contributor role. "I am the person Capital Group is looking for."
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
