Shipping Administrative Assistant Job Tasks



  • Coordinate sample shipments to customers
  • Pack sample boxes, manage shipping arrangements, and ensure the efficiency of deliveries
  • Set up FedEx shipping arrangements
  • Communicate with customers about shipping statuses
  • Maintain accurate/organized shipping records and other documentation
  • Assist with inventory management of shipping materials



Shift Details



  • Monday - Friday | 20 hours per week
  • Choose your own schedule!
  • Pay | $17 per hour
