Add to favorites Favorited View favorites Pay Grade/Pay Range: Minimum: $16.63 - Midpoint: $19.95 (Hourly N3) Department/Organization: 504305 - Central Rec/Property Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm Job Summary: The Facilities Associate I assists in the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures, and resources. Additional Department Summary: Updates and maintains all aspects of the GovDeals online auction system for internal department activity and external public sales. Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Skills and Knowledge: Exceptional interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Adept at multi-tasking. Extensive computer knowledge and demonstrated proficiency in standard application software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe). Organized and self-motivated work ethic.
