Surgical Scheduler - Full Time - Days - Roseville

• Works with physician offices to gather information needed to schedule surgeries and procedures consistent with department guidelines, accommodating physicians' requests and patient's needs.
• May reschedule surgeries as needed to accommodate emergencies or other unanticipated events.
• Serves as front desk associates in clinic by providing general office and clerical support, greeting patients, answering and returning phone calls, scheduling office visits, verifying insurance, checking-in/checking-out patients, collecting patient co-pays/balances, and obtaining necessary documentation.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
• Previous surgical scheduling experience preferred.
