Customer Service and Sales Representative

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Assist customers in selecting cabinet hardware and explaining product details.
• Process orders accurately and handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Stay updated on product catalog, new arrivals, and promotions.
• Manage customer orders in the system and coordinate with the warehouse for timely delivery.
• Collaborate with the team to support promotional activities and improve customer engagement.

• Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in retail or hardware.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer issues.
• Basic knowledge of cabinet hardware (training provided).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
