Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in ERP consulting and managed services
  • Experience managing a team of consultants and overseeing client delivery
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP and proficiency with Salesforce, Celigo, Boomi, and other relevant cloud platforms
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Experience with Sales and Business Development is a plus
  • Certifications: NetSuite SuiteFoundation and NetSuite ERP Consultant
What You'll Do:
  • Provide strategic leadership for ERP Consulting Services, aligning with organizational goals and vision.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • Oversee end-to-end planning, implementation, and proactively engage with clients to understand evolving needs and ensure the delivery of exceptional consulting services.
  • Collaborate across teams to optimize service delivery processes, ensuring timely issue resolution and enhancing overall client satisfaction.
  • Establish and enforce quality assurance processes across client portfolio.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions for enhanced efficiency.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the ERP, CRM, Integration, Data Analytics Consulting Services team.
  • Regularly report metrics to executive leadership and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
The expected pay range for this position is $208 ,500 - $ 258,500 (exclusive of bonus, equity, or benefits for which this role may be eligible). This range takes into account a variety of factors that are considered in making individual compensation decisions including but not limited to experience and training; skill sets; licensure and certifications; location and other business and organizational needs; and applicable laws.
