Our Technology Enablement services include Technology Advisory, Business Applications (ERP, CRM, HCM), Financial Close & CPM, and Data and Analytics. Who You Are: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 10+ years of experience in ERP consulting and managed services Experience managing a team of consultants and overseeing client delivery Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP and proficiency with Salesforce, Celigo, Boomi, and other relevant cloud platforms Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients and cross-functional teams Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio Ability to think strategically and execute tactically Experience with Sales and Business Development is a plus Certifications: NetSuite SuiteFoundation and NetSuite ERP Consultant What You'll Do: Provide strategic leadership for ERP Consulting Services, aligning with organizational goals and vision. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact for key accounts. Oversee end-to-end planning, implementation, and proactively engage with clients to understand evolving needs and ensure the delivery of exceptional consulting services. Collaborate across teams to optimize service delivery processes, ensuring timely issue resolution and enhancing overall client satisfaction. Establish and enforce quality assurance processes across client portfolio. Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions for enhanced efficiency. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the ERP, CRM, Integration, Data Analytics Consulting Services team. Regularly report metrics to executive leadership and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The expected pay range for this position is $208 ,500 - $ 258,500 (exclusive of bonus, equity, or benefits for which this role may be eligible).
