YOUR ROLE

Are you known for your management skills? Are you passionate about directing inbound / outbound logistics? If so, we have an opportunity that would allow you to oversee site operations, ensuring consistent high level of service, profitability and cost efficiency, while adhering to all applicable company and regulatory requirements.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Responsible for managing and ensuring uptime of all production equipment, ensuring all of the facility's maintenance needs are met in a timely manner and managing preventive maintenance programs and the maintenance team. Also responsible for monitoring maintenance costs ensuring they do no not exceed budget limits. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.

Typical Responsibilities:

  • Manage all non-scheduled facility maintenance.
  • Manage and schedule all preventative maintenance.
  • Ensure equipment uptime is with 90% efficiency.
  • Manage all spending within department.
  • Manage parts surplus.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Ability to read, comprehend, and complete basic checklists, forms or other related documents.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities.
  • Consistently at work and on time.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
