As the Data, Reporting & Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development and implementation of data reporting and analytics solutions within Oracle Cloud ERP system. You will oversee a team responsible for ensuring accurate, actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions and enhance operational efficiency. This role reports to the Technical Group Lead for CPS Energy's ERP Transformation Program. This position ensures accuracy and insightful data is readily available to business area customers by leading extraction and transformation efforts. Previous experience within the utility industry is preferred. The ideal candidate will be an innovative thinker, leading the team to develop multiple models for predictive analytics to empower and meet organizational goals. Collaboration across technical and business teams, including executives and operational stakeholders, is critical to success. This role offers the opportunity to shape the organization's data and analytics strategy while contributing to a transformative ERP implementation. Grade: 18 Tasks and Responsibilities

Minimum Skills Minimum Knowledge and Abilities
Proven experience in data management, reporting, and analytics for ERP systems.
Expertise in Data Visualization Tools.
Experience in data warehousing and data lake concepts is a plus.
Certifications:
Oracle Cloud Data Integration Certified Implementation Specialist, Oracle Analytics Cloud Certified Professional, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations Associate, and
Tableau Desktop Specialist, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, or Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst
Familiarity to design & implement reporting solutions within Oracle Cloud ERP tool. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and present data insights to stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Required Certifications Working Environment
