Additional Responsibilities:
- Unloads/opens all incoming packages. Uses crane and hand-operated equipment to aid in unloading.
- Checks in incoming supplies with packing slips to ensure accuracy and completion
- Conducts daily forklift inspections
- Operates various types of forklift trucks to shift, stack and load other trucks. Transports loads as directed.
- Exercises care in operating vehicle, observing and following all safety protocols
- Moves incoming supplies and material to proper storage areas
- Pack products in boxes, crates, etc or on pallets to conform to specifications and requirements.
- Checks shipment for correct materials, packing and crating, tagging and handling instructions, loading and bracing. Completes necessary paperwork.
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
- High attention to detail
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must complete ATI Forged Products Coon Valley fork truck training session
Preferred Qualifications (in addition to Basic Qualifications)
- Basic carpentry fundamentals
- 1-2 years of shipping and handling methods and warehouse and inventory control procedures

- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a high performing team
