Sales Representative- County Materials

We are seeking a Sales Representative for our customer, County Materials in Maxwell, IN.

Job Duties:

• Maintaining effective relationships with current customers that lead to increased sales and revenue
• Partnering with local municipalities to promote the concrete pipe and precast concrete industry.
• Building strong customer relationships, addressing challenges, and implementing strategic sales solutions.
• Analyzing market trends and develop action plans to capitalize on shifts in market
• Preparing sales projects and prospecting activity reports for monthly meetings

Work Environment:

• Work in an office environment as well as construction sites in various weather.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to handle samples and product up to 50 lbs.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of three years of equivalent work experience, training, and education.
• Experience with precast utility structures, such as concrete pipes and manholes is a plus.
• Working knowledge of required software programs (Microsoft Office Sute and ERP)
• Effective time management skills
• Hish sales aptitude, self-motivated
• Ability to analyze situations and identify opportunities for success
• Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Effective interaction skills with a high aptitude for collaboration with colleagues
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong mathematical skills
• Work independently, with little supervision
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record is a must
