About the Role: We are looking for a Manufacturing Manager to lead and oversee teams of Production Leaders, Area Leaders, and support associates across multiple teams and shifts that manufacture commercialized implantable medical devices. The Manufacturing Manager is leading the day-to-day operations of product manufacturing focused on planning, coordinating, and directing the activities (processes) that result in finished good products, including manufacturing, scheduling, leading teams, safety, and quality. Additional areas of focus include, but are not limited to, capacity planning, monitoring of investments, forecasts, safety, goal setting, performance reviews, and Continuous Improvement projects that improve production metrics. This Manufacturing Manager will also work in close partnership with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to assure build plan adherence is in alignment with demand forecasts and business objectives.
