We're hiring a Senior Data Analyst to join our Enterprise Infrastructure Team.



Responsibilities

  • Help make the right data available to the right people at the right time, in a format they understand
  • Report and interpret the results back to the relevant members of the business
  • Identifying patterns and trends in data sets
  • Working alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish solutions to business problems
  • Defining new data collection and analysis processes
  • Work collaboratively with technology staff to introduce new processes, infrastructure, and tools to advance business goals
  • Write, validate, and deploy reports in a reasonable timely manner
  • Develop data integrations between different systems using available methods (via Web API, ETL tools, etc.)
  • Create visual analytics and dashboards against business need.
  • Create custom data sets in existing and new technologies as required
  • Consult with data users to determine functional needs, related needs, requirements and specifications.
  • Collecting and interpreting data from existing data processes and recommend modifications to improve efficiencies and capabilities
  • Independently own projects from end to end
  • Aid, guide and train via knowledge sharing to other members of the team
  • Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to this position, including the Univest Code of Conduct
  • Perform all other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline
  • 7+ years of experience in SQL, and Python or R for data science
  • 7+ years of experience working with cloud infrastructure concurrently
  • Proficiency in systems integrations and API programming
  • Expert in visual analytics and business intelligence solutions
  • Understanding one or more software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile methodology, Scrum
  • Must possess the desire and ability to learn
  • Two years' experience in data models and reporting packages
  • Ability to analyze large datasets
  • Ability to effectively communicate with the business and translate complex technical issues into plain English
  • Must be able to collect requirements and understand data needs for the business
  • An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving

Wage Range:

The salary for this position begins from $75,000+
