The Perioperative Services team at Henry Ford Jackson Hospital, a Level II Trauma, Magnet designated organization, is seeking a dynamic Assistant Clinical Manager. This is a great opportunity to provide oversight to a highly-skilled team who creates a big impact on patient satisfaction in a small amount of time! Cases vary from Thoracic, to OB/GYN, to Podiatry, to Bariatrics, to Vascular, to ENT and more! Under the supervision of the Director / Nurse Manager, the Assistant Clinical Manager assumes both a clinical and management role. This position is responsible to plan, organize, and direct the provision of patient care services within the department. The Assistant Clinical Manager is to assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of budgets, quality improvement programs, staffing levels, goals, objectives, regulatory compliance, and policies within the department. Also the Assistant Clinical Manager is to assist in the evaluation and discipline of personnel.
