Intralox's equipment portfolio has been growing at a rapid pace, nearly tripling revenues from 2016 to 2020. Now planning to be a $500M business globally and half of the company's revenue overall, the business has becoming increasingly complex, with a myriad of products, services, and customer types, and growth across regions. To ensure we continue to plan appropriately, we need a Financial Analyst to drive key analytical insights and actions that will help us ensure the financial health of the platform.
This individual be an integral part of the business and must understand our business drivers, operations, and growth prospects. He/she must work closely with the Accounting, Commercial and Leadership teams to increase visibility on revenue growth and profitability to support decision making.

Responsibilities:
*Strategic decision support: support department goals of providing data-driven analysis and recommendations to management for strategic decisions.
*P&L Budget and forecast management: Lead the global process for timely completion of P&L Budget and monthly forecasts, ensuring alignment with commercial forecasts, production schedules, cost trends, headcount and hiring plans, and input from departmental and regional leadership as needed.
*P&L performance tracking and profitability analysis: Monitor actual performance versus Budget and forecasts and explain variances by program, material and labor costs, and by manufacturing lanes. Provide actionable recommendations for revenue and cost improvements in conjunction with operations analyst. Determine departmental labor rates to be used for internal and external purposes based on latest trends.
*CapEx Management: Oversee CapEx Budget and approval process. Update forecasts and track variance vs actuals. Support teams with ROI/business cases and post-mortem analysis on select projects.
*Reporting & Power BI: Publish monthly and quarterly reporting packages to leadership and department managers leveraging Power BI. Create and maintain automated Power BI reports as needed.
*Process Documentation: Develop and maintain process documentation.
Requirements:
*Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting or other related field.
*Experience: 5 years in Financial Planning & Analysis, including reporting to leadership teams/C-level executives including 3 years in the manufacturing business
*Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables) and experience with automated Power BI reports.
*Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative analytical skills
*Communication: Clear communicator with the ability to interact across functions and levels in a global organization.
*Initiative: Self-starter who takes initiative
*Curiosity: Inquisitive and asks questions when things don't make sense
Preferred:
*Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting or other related field.
*Experience: 5+ years in FP&A role, with 3 years in conveyance equipment or durable goods manufacturing (or equivalent)

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Intralox considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training and key skills. Therefore, we encourage all qualified applicants to apply regardless of their salary expectations.

The position is eligible for one of the following: commissions, discretionary incentives, or production incentives according to the terms of those plans

Salary Range $67,900 to $153,300.
