Responsibilities Assist the project leadership in managerial and leadership functions on the project Run project control systems for the benefit of the project team Schedule creation and updating/communicating Coordination of resources between teams RFI's, submittals, meeting minutes, and other project communication Act as a project analyst; assess project controls information and assist leadership in problem solving and alternate methods to achieve project success Provide estimating support for analysis and change orders Attend client meetings onsite and collaborate with other project teams Prepare information for, and participate in, monthly project reviews Assist in procurement and expediting of materials and subcontracts Promote the Interstates safety culture daily Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Able to track and organize projects and prioritize work Open to continuously adjusting project systems to plan and deliver projects successfully Strong team building, interpersonal/verbal/written communication skills Comfortable speaking in front of clients, peers, and managers Education: Bachelor's or associate's degree in business, project management, construction management, or technical field. Travel: Able to travel to customer sites up to 25% of the time, with our Omaha, NE, Sioux Falls, SD, Sioux Center, IA location as your home base. Opportunity to have work remote for this role.
