WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
As our
Food & Beverage
Banquet Manager, you will be the heart and soul of our exceptional banquet events, ensuring each one is perfectly executed with top-notch service and flair.
- Coordinate Spectacular Events: From weddings to corporate meetings, you'll oversee every detail to create memorable experiences for our guests.
- Manage a Team: Lead, train, and inspire a talented team of banquet staff to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest service.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Be the point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded with personalized service.
- Drive Profitability: Manage banquet budgets and track costs, ensuring every event is cost-effective while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
- Work with Vendors: Coordinate with external vendors to ensure smooth and timely delivery of services.
- Maintain Quality Control: Ensure high standards of food, beverage presentation, and cleanliness in all event spaces.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Leadership: A natural leader with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and customer-focused.
- Event Expertise: Experience in event planning, budget management, and catering services.
- Customer-Centered Mindset: Ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver exceptional guest service under pressure.
- Experience: 3-5 years in banquet management or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Certifications: Food Safety Certification or First Aid certifications are a plus.
