About the Role

We are looking for a Project Controls Specialist to join our well-established team of professionals in Oregon/Idaho. You will be in Bend, Oregon, but you could also be based in Eugene or Portland. You will join our Project Controls team and support our internal clients. This position is a right-hand to our established project managers and supports a variety of local municipal, state agency and private development projects which range in size, schedule, and budget.

Who You Are:

Experienced: You have 5+ years of project coordination/controls experience within the AEC industry. You are proficient with project financials and have supported multiple aspects of projects. Excellent working knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Suite. BST10 experience preferred.

Relationship-focused: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative approach, adaptability, and enjoy developing strong rapport and relationships with our project managers, finance, and fellow employee owners.

Client Focused: Ability to support project managers (your internal clients) with all aspects (initiation, planning, monitoring, reporting, monthly invoicing, close-out, and analysis) of project scope, schedule, and budget.

Organized: Oversees and ensures production of project controls documents and deliverables, such as schedules, budgets, reports, resource schedules, and data spreadsheets.

Work Ethic: You possess integrity with a strong desire to contribute to the success of Parametrix projects with your high-quality support of project managers, clients and employee owners.

Compensation Information: Hourly rate for this position is in the range of $35-45.

Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually. We value transparency and look forward to discussing our compensation structure.
