JOB SUMMARY:
The Wealth Investment Associate is responsible for supporting the Portfolio Management team by providing accurate and timely reporting, proposals, and scheduling.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Assist the Chief Investment Officer with organizing and updating investment related databases, spreadsheets, and analytical models.
  • Prepare presentation materials for client review meetings, and investment proposals for prospect meetings for a team of Portfolio Managers.
  • Assist with regulatory reporting for the Portfolio Management team.
  • Assist with the coordination of investment related meeting materials for each local Wealth Management Team, which includes Wealth Advisors and Trust Officers.
  • Assist Portfolio Managers with the information needed for effective oversight of model portfolios and relevant benchmarks.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Comfortable working with Senior and Executive Leadership.
  • Driven to always learn and improve, highly self-motivated.
  • Willingness to learn new responsibilities, expand understanding of data analysis, and performance and operating metrics.
  • Lead other tasks and projects as needed for Seacoast Wealth Management.
  • Adhere to Seacoast Bank's Code of Conduct.


    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:



    • At least three years of relevant experience working with spreadsheets, data analytics, or financial software programs.
    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Demonstrate strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, must be a team player.
    • Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency Excel and PowerPoint required.
    • Proficiency with any financial data provider software such as Factset Data, Bloomberg, or Morningstar preferred.
