Where you will work: This position offers a hybrid work option up to 50% remote and is based out of the Mankato, MN office location. The contributions you will make: This position supports the organization through professional, high quality client service to internal and external clients, prospects and third parties. A typical day:
- Provides exceptional service and a consistent client experience that aligns with the mission and vision of Compeer.
- Monitors Compeer email box and triages as necessary.
- At the client's request, performs a variety of transactions, electronic money movement (ACH); payoff requests and client registrations.
- Answers and resolves client questions including address changes, patronage information and eSign.
- Actively promotes the organization's digital offering to enhance the client experience.
- Assists clients in account maintenance corrections. Investigates misapplied payments and consults with Finance as needed to understand data to assist in correcting the issue or explaining the issue to the client.
- Transfers incoming calls to the appropriate team member when needed.
- Processes all returned mail.
- Monitors for insurance placement and cancelations. Gathers information for the correct coverage.
The skills and experience we prefer you have:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous years of client service experience, preferably in a financial institution.
- Strong client service and communication skills over the phone.
- General knowledge of farming operations and agriculture.
- General knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures.
- Mathematical and problem-solving skills.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, customer relationship management (CRM) programs, online banking applications, document management software and other related applications.
How we will take care of you: Our job titles may span more than one career level (associate, senior, principal, etc.). The actual title and base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for variable compensation and other benefits.
Base Salary Range $41,300 - $58,700 USD
