Responsibilities Overview: The Learning and Development team at REI Systems is looking to grow! We are a fast-growing team looking for an entry-level self-motivated individual who can understand and support organizational goals and initiatives related to employee learning and development. The L&D team works directly with all members of the REI community to create and sustain effective learning opportunities focused on supporting employee's delivery of innovative products and services. Reporting to the Director of Learning and Development, the Associate Training Specialist, will support creation, development, and implementation of training and professional development programs for employees. The right candidate embodies excellence in learning and development, collaboration, communication, and customer service. Responsibilities:
Supports creation and administration of training and development programs in delivery formats including instructor-led, self-paced, online, hybrid, and in person.
Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field. (A combination of associate-level education, training, or relevant experience may be considered in place of a bachelor's degree.) Experience:

Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a clearance is preferred. Location: Hybrid - Every Wenesday onsite in Sterling, VA Salary Range: $50K/yr - $60K/yr based on experience.
