Help us imagine what our next hundred years could look like! What we do and how we do it The Hallmark Visitors Center (HVC) is a free exhibit space that shares the story of the Hallmark company. Kaleidoscope is a free art-making space for kids. The two sites represent and share Hallmark's passion for enriching people's lives by helping them connect, communicate, and create. The HVC/Kaleidoscope Guest Experience Assistant is a full-time role that equally supports both sites by ensuring positive, memorable experiences for all audiences. Work is performed both front-of-house in public exhibit and studio spaces and back-of-house in an office environment. Located at Hallmark's Headquarters in Crown Center, both sites are regularly open Tuesday - Saturday (as well as Sundays during the Christmas season), welcoming thousands of visitors annually: families, tourists, school and community groups, employee groups, business partners and affiliates, and Hallmark fans and customers. The HVC / Kaleidoscope Guest Experience Assistant is a Tuesday - Saturday position. Additional expected workdays include days surrounding holidays (when Hallmark's corporate offices may be closed) as well as occasional Sundays and Mondays (for trainings and/or seasonal or special events).
