Summary: Processes payroll each pay period and off-cycle weeks as required; Maintains associated payroll system utilized; Maintain required documentation and backup as required by retention policy and for audits; Coordinates with third party vendors and provides required data timely; Responsible for related governmental reporting; Exhibit flexibility in schedule to meet payroll processing timelines; Collaboration and open communication with Human Resources is required; Must have an knowledge and understanding of federal and state payroll tax laws.
