Applications are invited for part-time adjunct faculty positions in the Department of Civil Engineering. These adjunct faculty positions are non-tenure-track appointments for fall semester 2024 and/or spring semester 2025, with possible extension as needed by the department. The primary role of this position is to teach, and a typical appointment would be one or more classes a semester depending on need. Adjunct Instructor and/or Adjunct Assistant Professor positions to teach one or more courses in the areas of Project Management, Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Engineering Statics, and Mechanics of Materials. Course modality is in-person. The Project Management position includes both in-person and online course modalities and has the potential to be a full time adjunct position.

Pay and Benefits
Pay Range: $5,700 - $8,985 per course; depending on education/qualifications/experience. While our salary ranges provide a framework, it is important to note that most of the time, the initial pay may not reach the maximum of the range. This approach ensures that compensation reflects the value and unique contributions of each candidate while maintaining equity within our organization.
