OverviewMicrosoft Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO&I) is the team behind the cloud. Within CO&I, the Global Project Controls (GPC) team is responsible for delivering core datacenter infrastructure for Microsoft's cloud business. The MS portfolio consists of complex, multi-disciplinary, large scale, multi-year datacenter construction and lease projects. We are looking for a passionate, high-energy individual to help build the cloud datacenters that power the world's largest online services. EPC is seeking an Organizational Performance Program Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic initiatives to evolve and develop the organization's capabilities, culture, manage the functional roadmap and support and contribute to workforce planning, and drive effective change management. This role is located either in one or all hub locations - Atlanta, GA, Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX or Phoenix, AZ, Washington DC. Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location. This role is eligible for hybrid, up to 50% from home. ResponsibilitiesChange Design and Orchestration:Develop and manage change plans for moderate-scale projects, ensuring successful implementation by addressing issues during rollout.Leadership and Team Effectiveness:Support leadership and team performance improvements by implementing interventions, assessing data, and reporting findings to enhance effectiveness.Organizational Design:Implement organizational design solutions, including governance models, process reengineering, restructuring, and culture activation, aligned with Microsoft principles and business needs.Organizational Diagnosis:Collect and analyze metrics to assess organizational performance, using diagnostic frameworks and techniques to understand current states and recommend improvement interventions. Collaborate with peers to interpret data and identify systemic issues.Organizational System Consulting:Develop and execute intervention plans such as system redesigns, leadership development, and workforce planning. Build cases for proposed solutions, secure buy-in, and utilize internal and external resources to achieve goals.Strategy Clarity and Alignment:Understand EPC organizational strategies to build credibility, drive alignment, and support informed decision-making to achieve program goals.OtherEmbody Microsoft's Culture and Values
