Trinity Heads, Inc. is hiring a Senior Moldboard Operator at our Navasota plant. Our products are an integral part of the supply chain that helps fuel our lives and our economy. The Moldboard Operator position is a great opportunity for a resilient, team-minded individual who doesn't stray away from a challenge. This position will set up and operate computer numerical controlled (CNC) machinery that automatically heats, and cuts metal or processed material parts. Make adjustments to adhere to established specifications and make general decisions as to quality, tolerances and operation sequence. Straightens and processes moldboards. What you'll Do: -Operates overhead cranes. -Operate manual or automated equipment to straighten metal parts. -Uses basic measuring devices, such as tape measure, and has working knowledge of shop math. -Performs housekeeping and maintains all required records. -May be involved in safety committees or initiatives. -Performs other duties as assigned. What you'll Need: -Experience in PLC machine operation, such as pressing or straightening. -Overhead crane experience -Must be able to read a tape measure and perform basic shop math -Safely and efficiently perform all essential functions Preferred: -Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment Soft Skills: -Function as a team member -Establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisor and co-workers -Regular and predictable attendance | |
