What You'll Do in This Position

Receive all needs of interests, engage requesting manager(s), and disposition all requests for subcontractor staff augmentation (Staff AUG) employees and/or Task Order Agreement (TOA) personnel. Acting as the sole End User Support Group resource for all Staff Aug and TOA job descriptions. Schedule Logging and expediting services to Site customers seeking Staff Aug or TOA personnel. Maintain a Master List of Personnel Prospects available for distribution to unit management and customers desiring to explore potential solutions for departmental needs. Procurement Buyer liaison for all staff aug and TOA personnel. Intervention actions such as potential relocation for mis-matched Staff Augs when situations arise that are needing immediate resolution. Write new job descriptions as warranted for the requested assignment. Refine all existing job descriptions.

Major Responsibilities

* Safety is a primary responsibility in every act or scope at SRS. Onboarding of the Staff AUG/TOA individual to include directing the initial safety training (GET) in the absence of the End User Support position and reinforce basic safety rules. Mentor an initial safety culture for each staff aug personnel who is being onboarded.
* Single Point of Contact for all Site customers seeking a Staff AUG or TOA position. Guide the requester through the various job descriptions and negotiate/assist with the selection.
* Serve as an "in-person" resource for Staff AUG personnel who have questions or concerns for contractual matters for the duration of the subcontract when the End User Support position is unavailable.
* Financial processing mentoring for time and attendance integrity will be an ongoing high-level assignment.
* Initial guidance and assistance to obtain the required level of security clearance as required by the organization seeking the personnel when the End User Support position is unavailable. Out-processing activities at the end term of the subcontract when the End User Support position is unavailable.
* Acting as a primary liaison between departmental or divisional organizations to coordinate productivity or attendance concerns, contractual questions, schedule and overtime compliance to procedures, and any other inquiries from the performing organization.
* Maintaining, understanding, developing, and articulating attributes for all Staff AUG/TOA job descriptions.
* Lead Managerial Role (mentoring and issue resolution) for all End User Support Specialist personnel on the team.
* Development of new job descriptions, refinement of existing job descriptions, and working a 3-5 year forecast plan for future staff aug personnel positions.
* Forecast Planning for each facility needs by working a long term plan (6-10) years out and trending types of positions believed to be in short supply, high demand or abundance skill positions.
* Subcontract Execution Web Page Portal development to provide resources for Staff AUG and TOA personnel.

Security Clearance Information

SRNS is required by DOE to conduct a pre-employment drug test and background review that includes checks of personal references, credit, criminal records, and employment history, and education verifications. Positions with SRNS may require applicants to obtain and maintain a DOE L or Q-level security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship. Factors such as pre-employment background review results, dual citizenship status, and unpaid and/or unfiled taxes may impact your ability to obtain a security clearance. This list of factors is not exhaustive; pre-employment information and security clearance requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

High School Diploma, GED, or other equivalent State Credential

Able to obtain and maintain L security clearance.

Qualifications We Desire

Interpersonal skills in coordinating arrivals, scheduling initial orientation needs, coordinating the needs for a clearance badging process, liaison between a manager (customer) and a new hire staff augmentation employee. Coaching and Mentoring End User Support Specialist. Resolving issues and concerns evolving from the process of managing staff augmentation subcontracts. Working knowledge of PeopleSoft.
