The Brand Program Coordinator will be a critical part of the Strategy and Controls Department, reporting to the Brand Program Manager. In this role you will play a key role with the operations team by supporting, developing, maintaining, and enhancing the fuel marketing brands. The position will collaborate with the Operations Team in creating or enhancing various KPI's, process improvement initiatives and benchmarking projects of expected performance to plan. We offer a flexible work environment, allowing you to work from home up to two days a week.

"Gauges" of Responsibility

  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual company overviews and financial performance summaries up to and including individual site data.
  • Monitor various aspect of our service stations portfolio of (approximately 1700) and complete periodic reviews of performance to be submitted to management.
  • Support the team to identify optimum strategies for all classes of trades.
  • Produce operational reports of performance measures and metrics for loyalty, image and Fuel Brands marketing initiatives
  • Track and compile reports for Dealer incentive programs
  • Interface with Territory Managers and Area Managers regarding brand programs and solicited information
  • Coordinate with Accounting Managers to retrieve data timely and efficiently
  • Help create and generate reports and data that will be valuable to the management team.
  • Lead the ExxonMobil Educational Alliance initiative, interfacing with Territory Managers and third-party vendors on the execution and compliance of the program
  • Must possess a high degree of professionalism, adaptability, integrity and commitment to confidentiality
  • Gathers data that assists in the analysis of market trends, competitor habits, and consumer activities. Participates in the development of sales-related goals for assigned products(s) and helps develop and implement marketing programs or sales promotions that are aligned with those goals. Provides product-specific data to Territory and Area Managers. Participates in the review and approval of ads or other marketing collateral. Tracks the performance of marketing initiatives or campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years' experience required related experience including a solid understanding of financial reporting, project management skills and a proven ability to work across functions within an organization.
  • Any experience in the retail or fuel industry is a very strong plus.

Education Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Finance/Accounting is preferred.

TheBranding Imagining and Workflow Coordinatorwill be a critical part of theStrategy and Controls team, reporting to the Brand Program Manager. In this role you will be responsible for managing the development, execution and progress tracking for fuel brand imagining projects. We offer a flexible work environment. This means working up to 2 days a week remotely and the rest of the time in the office.

"Gauges" of Responsibility

  • Manage the development, execution and progress tracking for fuel brand imaging projects.
  • Ensure that the brand imaging projects align with timelines and business disruption that may be caused by other site improvement efforts being performed by other inter-Company teams.
  • Track statuses of brand imaging projects: revenues, expenses, credits, budgets, contractors, timelines
  • Identify "at risk" projects that are off-plan and provide your assistance to get them back on track
  • Develop regular reporting, and ensure that projects are completed within established timelines.
  • Create templates and utilize resources to structure information and data for project documentation
  • Regular and frequent communication with: Brand Reps; Field Team; Project Managers (internal and external) and Brand Material Sourcing Companies
  • Manage a rigid and well defined workflow that assembles, distributes, obtains signatures and generally governs the required documentation needed to facilitate the brand imaging process
  • Prepare monthly compliance reports for Company's portfolio of stations and prepare and send notification letters.
  • Assist with the development and prepare documentation of operationally policies, procedures, and processes
  • Participate in other operational projects which arise and initiate development of an appropriate platform for tracking progress to goals and effective reporting on a regular basis.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years project management experience or operational equivalent
  • Familiarity with fuel branding or other retail rebranding processes
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills -- ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential while demonstrating an ability to work independently
  • Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively with all levels of colleagues and management
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
  • Technically competent with various software programs, such as Office365, Box, Smartsheet, Tableau, CRM, and other process and task management software platforms
  • Experience in Oil/Gas industry a significant advantage

Education Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent knowledge preferred
