The Housing Search Supervisor will oversee a team of Housing Search Specialists and Lead Housing Search Specialists who provide high intensity housing search and stabilization support to help clients overcome barriers and access affordable, safe homes, to better their health outcomes. These supports are designed to increase housing retention. The Housing Search Supervisor will provide supervision and programmatic assignments.

Essential Functions Include but Not Limited To:



  • Ensure that policies and procedures of the program are followed.
  • Train and supervise housing search staff members.
  • Monitor and oversee the work of the Housing Search Specialists and Leads for quality and thoroughness.
  • Coordinate the flow of work through the department, assigning tasks to staff.
  • Oversee housing stability efforts.
  • Foster a cohesive network of services and support for the program.
  • Be the point of contact between CTI and shelter leadership.
  • Support Lead staff in building relationships with property owners and property management companies.
  • Uphold the values of CTI - Equity, Integrity, Compassion.
  • Perform other duties as required.


Qualifications:



  • 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
  • HS or Equivalent Required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum oversight
  • Good with conflict resolution
  • Must be able to pass CORI
  • Desire to work with low-income population that we serve
