TEKsystems is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in leading the architectural design and technical framework of our Salesforce projects, ensuring robust and scalable solutions. We are working closely with a local bank company, and this position requires the candidate to be based in Hawaii, with a hybrid work arrangement. Key Responsibilities: * Analyze information to determine, recommend, plan, and coordinate the installation of new systems or modifications to existing systems. * Design, develop, and modify software systems, analyzing user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility within time and cost constraints. * Collaborate with analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to design systems, understanding limitations, capabilities, performance requirements, and interfaces. * Work with project managers to gather information on project limitations or capabilities. * Consult with customers or other departments on project status, proposals, or technical issues, such as software system design or maintenance. * Develop or direct software system testing or validation procedures, programming, or documentation. * Determine system performance standards and modify existing software to correct errors, adapt to new hardware, or upgrade interfaces and improve performance. * Evaluate information on factors such as costs or security needs to determine system configuration. * Prepare documents or correspondence concerning project specifications, activities, or status. * Recommend the purchase of equipment for software systems. * Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements. * Supervise and assign work to developers, analysts, designers, admins, or personnel. * Provide direction to technical teams (IT Helpdesk, Desktop, Server, and Network teams) to implement and support solutions. Experience Required: * Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Solution Architect, preferably within Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. * Experience with API design and development. * Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. * Experience with Salesforce Cloud Voice. Required Skills and Training: * Strong big-picture outlook combined with high attention to technical detail. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of addressing both technical and non-technical audiences. * Ability to influence and guide project teams and end users. * Knowledge of systems development lifecycle methodologies. * Prior experience in leading and facilitating meetings. * High proficiency with Microsoft Office software applications, Postman, SOAPUI, Salesforce software, Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Azure DevOps, XML, JSON, Microsoft Active Directory, ServiceNow, Microsoft Visio, NotePad++, Cisco Jabber, Git, Cisco Webex, and Zoom. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $188000.00 Full benefits package inclusive of 401K, PTO and holidays, 4 months maternity etc. Please contact me for the full package.
