Provides advanced administrative support in the payment posting function, including posting, documentation, record-keeping, reconciliation, and research. *Skills* accounts receivable, payment posting, Banking, cash postings *Top Skills Details* accounts receivable,payment posting *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Qualifications: Preferred Experience: Posting payments in a Medical Office. Required Education: High School diploma or GED. Required Experience: -Cash Posting Specialist II or one year of experience in the class of Cash Posting Specialist I or in an equivalent or higher clerical class with Alameda Health System. Equivalent of two years' experience performing banking or cash posting functions. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: -Working knowledge in Accounts Receivable department processes on patient payment electronic and manual posting, insurance payments electronic and manual posting. -Working knowledge of Explanations of Benefits (EOB) and Remittance Advices (RA). *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.51 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
