Responsibilities
Utilization Review (UR) Coordinator Behavioral Health/Psych Peachford Hospital is a 246-bed, acute care psychiatric hospital located in Dunwoody. We provide inpatient care for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, in addition to partial hospitalization and other outpatient programs. Peachford has been providing compassionate care since 1973 and nearly 10,000 patients receive seek treatment here every year. We are currently searching for an experienced Behavioral Health UR Coordinator for our fast paced Utilization Review Department. This is NOT a nursing (RN) position. UR Coordinators proactively monitor the utilization of hospital services and optimize reimbursement. Having an understanding and an ability to communicate insurance information to others, including benefits coverage and levels of care offered will help to make you successful in this role.
