PC Technician B

Title: PC Technician B
Location: Pascagoula, MS

Job Overview:
The PC Technician B will be responsible for supporting end users and coordinating with the help desk team. Primary duties include building, cloning, deploying, and troubleshooting workstations, as well as troubleshooting system-related issues via phone and email communication. Additional responsibilities include basic network troubleshooting, printer configuration, and other tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the help desk team to support end users.
• Build, clone, deploy, and troubleshoot workstations.
• Troubleshoot system-related issues through phone and email communication.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting and printer configuration.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Understanding of Local Area Networking (LAN).
• Experience with installing and supporting Microsoft Office products.
• Familiarity with Active Directory (AD).

Qualifications:

• At least two (2) years of experience as a PC Client Technician or in a related role.
• Strong customer relationship and communication skills.
• Certifications in PC technology and/or relevant degrees are a plus.
• Ability to travel as required.
