Reporting to the Director of Programming and Career Development, the Alumni Engagement Coordinator plays an integral role on the team that manages volunteer engagement with the following constituent groups: alumni, parents and students, as they engage with the schools, colleges, extension, athletics, as well as with the chapters, networks and affinities for a wide range of programs including volunteer opportunities, relationship building and philanthropic activities. Duties include: providing administrative support, processing registrations and preparing materials, providing staff support, and serving as the main point of contact for activities. The position will greet guests and visitors as they enter into the Alumni & Visitors Center office suite, and will answer the main phone number for the Office of Alumni Engagement, directing calls to appropriate team members and campus partners. The full salary range for the Alumni Engagement Coordinator is $56,000 - $96,400 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is $56,000 - $65,000 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff. As a University employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time.
