Job Description As a Regional "Shop" (sales) and Agency Manager you will be responsible for management of sales locations within a territory. Channels: Shops, Agency, TVM (incl. Handhelds). Travel requirements is 40 - 50% travel Key Responsibilities: * Ensure customer experience standards established by the company are met at locations within territory * Evaluate and report on cost to sell metrics and identify and execute growth strategies across responsible locations * Coordinate services provided at Shops (customer service/sales locations) by vendors and contractors * Ensure policies and contract obligations are followed, including
* Establish new locations (sourcing) for sales related stops and work closely with Government Affairs/Infrastructure on subsidy and bus stop needs * Establish new Agents for locations that that require offline sales * Direct Management of Shop (sales and customer service) Management Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: * At least 3 years of supervisory/management experience with a proven ability to lead. * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Strong interpersonal skills: the ability to effectively interact with various styles and levels of management. * Ability to solve problems and act in a decisive way to achieve results. * Must be able to meet deadlines and multi-task. * Experience with Bus Terminal Operations Preferred * A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required. |
