Staffmark is hiring an International Support Technician to join our team at a leading distribution center for cinema in wilmington, OH. You will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and support for our motion picture studio and exhibitor clients. Pay: $18/hr Shifts available: Monday - Friday: 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Sunday - Thursday: 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM The International Support Technician is responsible for ensuring accurate communication and troubleshooting for studio and exhibitor clients. You'll be required to manage and process studio requests, ensuring proper documentation and following guidelines for each request. This role demands attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Responsibilities include: Provide professional support and timely resolution of issues via phone and email Create and manage KDM keys for studios, ensuring accuracy Troubleshoot and resolve content-related issues, using critical thinking skills Track and report issues with distressed keys or content orders, and provide follow-up Maintain documentation, addressing recurring issues and improving customer satisfaction Work on special projects as assigned and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information What You Bring: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications and internet protocols Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proactive and able to take ownership of tasks Strong networking and relationship-building abilities Knowledge of military time, time zones, and ISO country abbreviations Bilingual skills a plus Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed What We Offer: We value your hard work and offer an excellent benefits package to support you and your family's needs, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
