Schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (First two weeks of training.) 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Following training regular schedule.) Pay: $16.50-$17.50/hr As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in food processing and packaging, ensuring high standards of food safety and sanitation. Your duties will include performing daily audits, completing production paperwork, and operating processing and packaging equipment. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Must be at least 18 years old at the time of hire Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment At least 2 years of experience in food manufacturing preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Basic computer skills Responsibilities: Operate assigned processing or packaging equipment Perform quality checks, including metal detector and weight system checks Complete daily production paperwork and quality documentation Assist with cleaning duties (restrooms, locker rooms, cafeteria, etc.) Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) Ensure good housekeeping practices are followed We value our employees and offer a comprehensive benefits package to show our appreciation.
