UDR is seeking qualified candidates for Archive/Records Management Professionals opportunities inAlbuquerque, NM.

Scope of Work
Must demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, ensuring compliance with existing relevant records management plans. The professional must possess the ability to organize and catalog digital or electronic files effectively, ensuring all final products are archived and cross-referenced accurately. Proficiency with records management software and tools, such as SharePoint, is required. Support program reviews and meetings by managing logistics, coordinating materials, recording action items, and distributing materials post-meeting. Ability to work effectively in a team environment with diverse groups, manage document repositories, and work independently with minimal supervision.

In addition shall direct the development and implementation of comprehensive archive and records management strategies. Must have experience in conducting audits of programmatic information and identifying corrective actions to ensure adherence to configuration and information management plans. Ability to manage the transition of documents and records from historical tools to program repositories is essential. Experience in archiving historical configuration items and maintaining various SharePoint sites is preferred. Must collaborate with subject-matter experts (SMEs) to produce program communications and provide high-level support for program reviews or meetings.

Minimum Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor's degree Library Science, Information Management, or related field
  • Minimum four (4) years of experience in archive services or records management OR seven (7) years in lieu of a degree
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE security clearance ("L", "Q", or "Sigma 15")
  • Ability to gain and maintain access to and travel to Client Locations or other work sites designated by Client
